Contact

One address for everything: [email protected]. It is read by a person.

Corrections

The most useful message you can send. Include the page URL and the official source that contradicts it — a compact commission page, a state statute, or the institution's own rate page. Corrections are verified against the primary source and applied to the dataset, which updates every page derived from that field.

Missing agreements

Bilateral tuition agreements between two states are the hardest part of this dataset to keep complete, because they are negotiated locally and published inconsistently. If your state has one that is not reflected here, send the official page and it will be added with a source.

Press and licensing

Figures and tables may be cited with attribution and a link to the page they came from. For bulk data access or licensing, write with what you need and what it is for.

What this address cannot do

It cannot tell you whether you personally qualify for in-state tuition, and it cannot advise on an individual residency application or appeal. Those decisions belong to the institution you are applying to, and its residency office is the only body that can answer. Every page on this site links the relevant authority for exactly that reason.
